Effective Management Courses - Update

November 8, 2018

We have a couple of places left on an effective management course that we’re running over the next three months. Over the 4 half days, we’ll be covering:

Effective and non-effective management

Time management (coping with additional management responsibility and leading by example)

Communication (achieving clarity and learning to listen)

Delegation (as a development tool)

Objective setting (understanding how to set truly SMART objectives)

Motivation (inspiring your teams to perform)

Feedback (using feedback as a tool to motivate and develop)

Performance management (performance review cycle, capability/disciplinary)

Coaching (how to empower your team)

The cost is £750.00 per capita (for all four courses, not each one), with a maximum of ten participants in each group. We are running this as a series of open courses in London, that is to say attendees from different clients, so that w can use economies of scale to make this first-rate value for money.

The advantage, also, is that individuals can cross fertilise about their own experiences in management.

The dates are:

Tuesday 13th November (1.30 – 5pm)

Thursday 6th December (9.30 – 1pm)

Thursday 13th December (9.30 – 1pm)

Tuesday 8th January (1.30 – 5pm)

The venue for the first event has already been confirmed, and you can find us by following the link here.
