Claire Vane, Managing Director of Integrated Resources, is an HR and Search Consultant with particular expertise in European search, resourcing, performance improvement and management, HR operations, process re-engineering, strategy execution and HR transformation through organisation restructuring and coaching. She has spent the past 10 years developing and delivering the consultancy and outsourcing offerings of Integrated Resources across the spectrum of strategy and HR consulting. Her particular passion lies in releasing potential either within an organisation and/or particular individuals within it.
Prior to this, as an HR director (operating globally and in Europe), she focused on organisation transformation by ensuring that the organisation was branded appropriately in relation to its target market for business development and recruitment, and so that it could realise its full commercial potential through rigorous and enabled processes and systems. Claire has worked with many organisations and in a variety of sectors, helping them to define as well as implement their resourcing and HR strategies.
When not at work, Claire can be found at the piano or on the tennis court.
Sadhana has held various positions in HR, both in operational and consulting. She works with clients on a partnership basis to achieve pragmatic solutions for their businesses. She has a particular interest in performance management and how it can help to drive organisational performance. She also has extensive experience of developing competency frameworks and advising on the practical use of competencies across the employment life cycle.
Sadhana can help clients in the following areas: HR strategy and policy, recruitment, retention and restructuring, advice on and application of employment law, competency frameworks and reward and performance management.
Sadhana enjoys playing Scrabble and is a "want to be" Strictly Come Dancing contestant!
Bryony Harper-Williams, an experienced Client Relationship Manager, joins Integrated Resources as both a Consultant and as a Practice Manager in June 2019.
With a law degree and a background in global financial services with over fourteen years of experience, Bryony has a track record of Client Relationship Management in a number of top tier Investment banks, both in the UK and in the US. In her previous role, Bryony was approved to deal with Clients in a CF30 capacity by the FCA and prior to that, held similar qualifications in the US where she held a Series 7 and Series 63 securities licence administered by FINRA.
In her spare time, Bryony has a passion for horse riding and can often be found down at the stables with her husband, young son and daughter, all of whom seem to have developed the obsession with equestrian pursuits.
Lucy’s career has had people development at its core; as a teacher, trainer and HR professional. Lucy combines her people, commercial and organisational skills and experience to get to the heart of an organisation, and help drive success by appropriately engaging, enabling and inspiring their people. She is a passionate advocate of devising and delivering meaningful learning and development activity, linked to business goals, and evaluated to prove effectiveness. She has over 25 years’ experience of working both in-house and consultatively with organisations and individuals across a variety of sectors and disciplines; from teachers to lawyers, marketers to doctors, civil engineers to care home workers.
Lucy’s experience includes leading advertising agency 23red to achieving Investors in People Gold standard, coaching training for English Heritage employees to drive performance of sales teams, and having a leading role in the development and implementation of a training programme to roll out the WorkSite Document Management System for law firm Taylor Wessing LLP.
Sarah has worked as an HR Generalist and Diversity and Inclusion professional for over ten years. With a background in global financial services, she has worked on both the buy and sell sides of the industry and has considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions both from the organisational design and employee engagement perspective.
Sarah is a trained mediator and has advised on a wide range of employee relations issues over the course of her career. Sarah has developed, embedded and supported the Diversity & Inclusion agenda in a number of firms and is particularly focused on driving gender equality and flexible working initiatives within organisations.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys travelling, reading historical fiction and spending time with her husband and young son.
Abbi trained as an actress at Bretton Hall, part of Leeds University, and worked professionally as such for 10 years doing mainly theatre in the UK, US and Canada, and a little TV. Abbi then stayed in the entertainment arena working for ie:music ltd, an artist management company who represent artists such as Robbie Williams, Duffy and Ladyhawke, among others.
It was within the role that Abbi saw the need for, and therefore implemented, an HR function and brought Claire Vane on board to help her achieve that. After 8 very happy years there, and having left to set up her own business, Claire lured Abbi to Integrated Resources where, as part of her portfolio, she applies her superlative project management and organisational skills across the Company’s wide range of clients.
Abbi is an exerciserholic, a very rusty Grade 8 cellist and currently finding it hard to remember what to do with her new baby after a 6 year gap!
After completing an English and Drama degree Ruth started working for the BBC, initially across different production areas, and eventually specialising in Live Music Radio production. Having loved every minute of her time within Broadcasting, where she was lucky enough to work with many of her musical heroes, a move out of London led her to Integrated Resources where she applies her logistics management experience to this new arena.
When not working, Ruth is often to be found indulging in cake related activity and a show tune is never far away…
