She began her business career running her own artist enablement agency, supporting musicians through promotion and tour booking on the European continent. Following a move back to the UK, she held operational and commercial roles in the insurance claims handling sector, before moving into an HR role where she was tasked with transforming the organisation’s approach to people. Tina’s career has taken her from corporation tax and international tax advisory with EY, where she trained as a Chartered Accountant and worked with a range of listed companies, start-ups and large private entities to holding CFO/COO roles in Cambridge start-ups and SMEs with responsibility for Finance and HR, Legals and Operations. Key to her success is collaborating with her senior leadership colleagues on setting the strategic direction and translating strategic objectives into business plans, defining overarching organisational objectives which are then cascaded down to individual objectives.
Tina is a strong advocate of encouraging organisations to consider how both human and financial resources can perform at their best through allowing everyone to challenge assumptions, think big and allowing staff to speak up. Tina is passionate about creating work environments that allow individuals to use their strengths to perform autonomously at their best and to understand how they contribute to the organisation’s overall goals and success through setting clear and understandable individual objectives that link the HR strategy to the overall business strategy. Having a background in finance, Tina promotes the development of key performance indicators to support SMART goals allowing visibility of progress and achievement both in financial but also non-financial terms.

Joining Integrated Resources in March 2022, Liz brings with her a wealth of experience from a career spanning both publishing and the charity sector.
After an initial career as a commissioning editor in book publishing, and after a break to bring up her two sons, Liz embarked on a second career in charity development and fundraising. As Development Manager and then, latterly, Director of a quirky small historic house museum in Mayfair called Handel House - where the composer Handel lived for 36 years and wrote much of his famous music including Messiah, and where Jimi Hendrix lived briefly in the 1960s - Liz was successful in raising funds and leading planning for a major capital project at the charity. As director of the museum, Liz was involved with recruitment and restructuring and these are now her areas of focus at Integrated Resources.
Outside work, Liz enjoys spending time with her two young grandchildren and plays a lot of bridge. Post-Covid, she is thankful to return to theatre, opera and foreign travel.
"Initially sceptical about the power of good human resources input, I am now a complete convert. Integrated Resources is indispensable now to our business both for recruitment and for understanding employment law and performance management, just for starters."
