3.1 What is a 'cookie?

Integrated Resources uses benign, short lived session cookies to tell whether a website user has logged in, where to find details that can be used to pre-fill parts of online forms and to personalise the user’s visit to the website. They are also used to anonymously track which areas of the site are popular and which are not used; this allows us to carefully target our website resources. Integrated Resources cookies do not analyse visits to other website or any searches undertaken whilst on the website.

Our data is stored electronically and is protected by two-step verification, password protection and, where appropriate, by anonymisation. All new clients, coaching or recruitment candidates will be issued with a detailed statement of privacy in relation to their personal data in line with this privacy statement, containing further detail of data protection principles, the kind of information we hold, and the ways in which it is processed. We operate a paperless environment and hardcopy documents are not retained.
