Our environmental commitment

Integrated Resources recognises that it has a responsibility to the environment beyond legal and regulatory requirements. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and continually improving our environmental performance as an integral part of our business strategy and operating methods, with regular review points. We will encourage customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to do the same.

Claire Vane, Director, is responsible for ensuring that the environmental policy is implemented, but all employees and contractors have a responsibility to ensure that the aims of the policy are met.

Policy aims

We endeavour to do the following:

• Comply with and exceed all relevant regulatory requirements
• Continually improve and reduce environmental impacts
• Incorporate environmental factors into business decisions
• Increase employee awareness and training

Paper

We endeavour to do the following:

• Minimise the use of paper in our operations
• Seek to buy recycled and recyclable paper products
• Reuse and recylce all paper products where possible

Transportation

We endeavour to do the following:

• Reduce the need to travel, restricting to necessary trips only
• Promote the use of travel alternatives such as email video/phone conferencing

Energy use

We endeavour to do the following:

• Operate in a virtual environment wherever possible
• Use, wherever possible, laptop computers, which use less energy than desktop alternatives
