Our Effective Management course helps managers set boundaries and expectations, provides them with the tools to drive their teams’ performance, and arms them with the know-how and confidence to deal with the molehills before they become mountains.

The course will be from on the following dates:

Tuesday 29th January (1.30 - 5pm)

Tuesday 5th February (1.30 - 5pm)

Tuesday 12th February (1.30 - 5pm)

Tuesday 26th February (1.30 - 5pm)

The cost for all four sessions is £750 per person, or £350 for one attendee if you can offer a central London venue.

Communication - achieving clarity, learning to listen and Transactional Analysis

Delegation - as a development tool

Objective setting - understanding how to set trulySMART objectives to motivate teams and drive performance

Motivation - inspiring your teams to perform

Feedback - using feedback as a tool to motivate and develop

Performance management - performance review cycle, capability/disciplinary, and nipping issues in the bud

Coaching - how to empower your team

Places are restricted to 10, on a first come first served basis.
